When we arrived at the store we were a little baffled as of where to start. Andy in the store left us to look for 5 mins, he didn't pounce on us as soon as we arrived. Which can be somewhat annoying. Andy was attentive but not over bearing and started to show and testus the lowest cost mattress. He explained not only the difference in price, but why they were different in price. The whole experience was swift, attentive to needs, as I have a back and neck problem, and I felt he wasn't steering us to the most expensive item. The finance was sorted with a little humour thrown in and delivery is to take place four days after ordering. Altogether a good shopping experience. Looking forward to a good nights sleep/dreams on the new mattress.

Before our purchase we had visited Elephant Beds the same day and the customer service was very poor! It seemed too much effort to answer our questions, look at different options and even right down prices for us. It was a completely different experience in dreams, we were served by Julie and she could not do enough for us - can not praise her highly enough!!

Staff listened to our needs and delivered on those needs. Very approachable staff.

My wife and i were browsing memory foam matteress's and the kind gentleman asked how we were getting on ,we explained we needed a double ,lightweight memory foam mattress as we had to set out on floor in living room due to letting our children haveing their own bedrooms and we were on a budget, he pointed to a few reasonable priced items and set out on floor to try he was very patient with us and a great help so we bought one and we are very happy with the product and would highly recomend family and friends to go to penarth rd branch ,very happy.
