The whole team were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. They were very informative and helpful when answering our questions and were more than happy to spend all the time we needed on meeting our needs.

Shopped at Dream Penarth Road, Cardiff - served by Julie who listened to my needs, clarified budgets and requirements and provided me with a solution that met everything I was looking for. Julie was extremely helpful, friendly and had great customer service skills and was a credit to this store

The assisitant, Julie, listened to what I was looking for, and showed me the various options and made her recommendation, which is exactly what I was looking for. Only downside, if at all, was that the divan base only came in 4 colours, but that wasnt too much of a problem

My wife and I were greeted on entry to the store by JULIE,who made us welcome. We wnted a bed,mattress,and were shown examples after we had described our need,and given good advice.My wife is in a wheelchair,but Julie helped her out of the chair to test the bed. We were even offered tea. When we made our decision the order and paper work was dealt with quickly and efficiently.We then added a headboard,again no problems GOOD WORK.

The Salesman "Andy" was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the product which I was wishing to look for and purchased. His was polite, not pushy and well presented. I went to the store with an idea of what I wished to see and have further infomation on with a view to purchase. "Andy" was courteous and answered all the queries which I had and did not pursuade me to place the purchase. He was aware of what product I wished to purchase and I am very happy with what I have bought today. I would fully recommend this store to anyone and have no hesitation in recommending Andy as a well knowledged salesman to assist with purchases.
