The store manager Paul was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made purchasing a new mattress a simple and pleasant experience. The range of products and price points within the store is fantastic and we were treated like honoured guests the whole time we were there.

We were highly satisfied with our experience because the person attending us listened to what we were there for and quickly gave us a number of options that met our budget. It was quite late in the afternoon and we didn't have a lot of time but everything we needed was provided for and there was a helping hand to put our purchase on to my car too. The product knowledge was clearly communicated and we left the shop feeling like we'd really got value for money and we will certainly return in the future.

As we entered your store on Penarth rd we was approached by a very tall man who welcomed us, we was asked if we needed help after a good look around and found what we were looking for he sat us down with a cup of coffee as the order was being put though all in all a good stress free experience thank you.

Friendly knowledgable assistance in store. Good choice of beds and mattresses. Found what we wanted easily. Will go back next time we need a new bed/mattress.
