I was approached by staff almost as soon as I stepped in through the door, and the product I wanted was close to hand.

We spoke to Michael (big Michael - there are 2) and told him what were wanted. He helped us narrow down our choice and then left us to look around. When we had chosen 2 models he gave us the relevant benefits of both and also the delivery times and existing mattress disposal options. He was vet friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The choice was fantastic - we had tried Benson's first as it was close to our home. Michael gave us plenty of time to make our own choice whilst also making us fully aware of all the options and all the offers. We left having bought a mattress and feeling very confident that we'd got the right one for us. Can't wait for it to arrive.

The assistant Michael at the Penarth Rd, Cardiff branch was excellent . he gave us various options, gave us the chance to browse and try out and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with the prices quoted as all other competitors were bettered. Delivery times and after care service has so far been excellent.

Shop was busy on arrival,but within 2minutes,a male member of staff asked if he could assist us.We were fine at the time,but a few minutes later,when we were ready for assistance,Julie approched us and my fiance and I were ready for the assistance. Julie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on her stock.A very pleasant smile and not pushy in her service. We explained we had a budget of £500.She arranged a cracking deal for us .Definitely a candidate for employee of the month. Must be put forward,so very helpful ,unlike a lot of other front of house staff in many other retail stores, whatever they are selling.Keep up the good work Julie.

On entering the store a staff member had said hello and welcome. A good start - a nice, genuine warm welcome. Once in the store I tested various mattresses and homed in on 3 that I liked... but I felt stuck in terms of making a decision at that point. I liked the fact I was left alone to try the mattresses - there didn't seem to be staff lurking around you as you browse as it were- or jumping on you to try and help - which can sometimes feel pushy and off-putting. A lady approached me, at just the right moment, asking if I was ok and needed help. She did so by explaining the difference between the 3 mattress I liked. Then answered further questions I had. The lady (Julie) knew her products well - her clear explanation helped me make an informed purchase decision. Prior to that I had asked another staff member a questions about a bed frame that I had seen online and liked - he was also very helpful. All in all - nice friend staff - all know there stuff - not too pushy - all coming across as very genuine. Top marks!

My husband and I were warmly greeted the staff couldn't have been more helpful not only with us but with other shoppers we were even offered tea or coffee while our order was being processed.
