Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

Mike, at the dreams store on Penarth Road in Cardiff, was extremely helpful when choosing beds for my two young daughters. He was very accommodating and patient with the girls, while they tried out various bed frames and mattresses. He seemed to give an honest account of the strengths and weaknesses of various bed frames and mattresses with respect to our needs (children aged 3 and 5). Overall I was very happy with the serivce received. Best wishes.

We were served by a gentleman called Andy at the Cardiff Store. He was very friendly and informative. He then left us to have a good look around and try out quite a few of the mattresses. He then told us about the differences between a few of the mattresses we were interested in which helped us to make a decision. He also gave a very good deal to us and was so helpful. I would definitely go there again and recommend to all family and friends.

We were keen buyers based on the Orchard mattress offer! We met Andy who quite frankly after my own 30 years retail, was excellent. Guiding us through quickly to the right choice of 2 mattresses offering very clear criteria for consideration. Yes we were very well and happily unsold !!! We showed interest in a clearance headboard. He advised. We bought. An excellent experience and after 45 minutes we were the owners of both mattress and headboard. This member of staff made the style and we left smiling and yes highly satisfied.

As soon as we entered the store, we were asked if we would like any assistance. When we said yes, the assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and our budget and sold us a product to match these. This is the 5th time we have returned to buy from this store, this speaks volumes.
