Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

We were highly satisfied and really impressed with our visit to Dreams. Andy took time to show us around and made the whole family feel very welcome. We were very grateful to him for taking his time and explaining all of the different products and his knowledge of the beds was excellent. all the staff were very friendly and even took time to talk to our children. thank you very much for your assistance. the staff in the Cardiff shop were a credit to the company.

The assistance given by salesman Andy was excellent, he demonstrated and explained each and all products we tested. There was no pressure to purchase so it was a pleasant shopping experience.

The young man, Mike, who attended to my mother was very patient and had a good knowledge of the type of bed that would suit her disabilities.

Staff were knowledgable and helpful, listening to needs and requests, time was given for us to reflect on information to make decision

I knew what I wanted when i entered the store so was pleased I could get in ordering at the store that day

Staff immediately available to help and told us all we needed to know. There were very friendly but not too pushy. We were offered refreshments and not kept waiting to place our order.

Plenty off choice, no hard sell, time to consider, order taken without fuss

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were not stalked or pounced upon as soon as we entered the store. It was easy to browse, much of the display was self explanatory but we were given helpful information and advice when we requested it.The sales assistant was patient and gave us as much attention as we required and space to discuss and make our decision in private without the feeling of being pressurised. Overall a pleasing and relaxed experience.
