Andy at the Penarth store provided warm friendly and helpful advice. I felt at ease straight away & would highly recommend buying at Dreams because of the fabulous service he provided.

We were shown many different types of bed base and mattress and pillows, our salesman Alun was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us plenty of time to discuss our thoughts on each. He answered all our questions fully, and helped us greatly in narrowing down our preferences.

Our sales assistant Chase was very friendly, understanding of our requirements and made the experience feel very tailored to us.

I previously went to elephant beds before coming to dreams and wow I wished I had just cone straight to dreams. I was greeted by a lady called Julie who made my experience of buying a bed enjoyable, fun and lots of laughter. Julie then asked what I was looking for and after telling her she took me to the mattress that analysed me laying down and then Julie took me around at the beds that best suited me and was patient when I was choosing the right one. She even joked she would come back in 10 mins and wake me when I found the right one, which made me laugh and put me at ease as she wasn't rushing me to find a mattress, she allowed me to take my time. I even ended up buying the bed base too which wasn't what I planned but Julie was just so helpful

We both felt safe and comfortable in the store. We could see covid procedures being carried out for our benefit. We were met by Mark, who couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful or professional. He offered us a drink more than once. He told us he had been with the company for many years, and his experience came through in the way he guided us through the choices of mattress. He gave us sound advice and was extremely helpful. He was a credit to your company.

Salesperson understood requirements immediately and took us through the procedure to find the right bed for 2 people of mismatched weights. Showed enough to give a choice but not so many it was overwhelming. Allowed privacy for discussion and thinking time but weren’t left stranded. Overall a very positive experience and looking forward to receiving our purchase.

Andy was spot on with his customer service. He couldn't do enough for us but gave us time to make our decision on the right bed.
