Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

The service was brilliant, went to the Cardiff store-Penarth road served by Julie...very helpful, gave us the information we wanted and also gave us space to look around the store....bought a bed and ended up buying 5 lots of bedding and a new pillow ! that was only because i was made comfortable within the store, if i would of been rushed and pushed into buying i would of left. would use again and recommend to others.

Helpful/friendly member of staff gave us advice on your products but she was not pushy. She also made us a very welcome cup of tea,

Julie was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. she gave me time to think of my options and didn't pressurise me into buying right there and then. this makes me feel more comfortable. she was friendly and approachable which meant once I had wondered around and though more about the bed I was able to go straight up and ask her to complete the purchase

Great product range, staff member very friendly and very informative about the mattresses I was interested in: gave me useful information about each one to enable me to make the right choice. Wasn't pushy in the slightest and didn't rush me.

we needed to purchase a bed quickly and the assistant took us through the options quickly. She had a lot of product knowledge.

very friendly assistant Mike who was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the way. Only disapointment is after ordereding and selecting a date for delivery and being advised goods were in stock have now received a phone call advising goods are not in stock ?? and delivery will be another 4 weeks plus

The assistant Julie was very well informed about the products. We found exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price. Julie was very helpful but not at all pushy. Very pleasant experience.
