Salesman explained the layout of the store with relation to the clearance items at the back and new items at the front. He explained the colour coding for the mattress, and invited us to lie down on any mattress. He also provided us with a tea and coffee. He then left us to have a look around without the hard sale which we really appreciated but was always available to answer several queries we had.

Paul was helpful, good knowledge without being pushy- we were buying for our daughter and his manner was extremely courteous to her as well which made it easier for her to explain what she wanted

Andy our sales rep was very informative and made a selection available for us to choose from based on our specific requirements. he was not pushy nor did he try to make us purchase the most item. He gave us all the information required for us to make an informed decision then left us to make our own choice in our own time.

The store colleague that dealt with me was fab she helped me choose a mattress within minutes and also got me a delivery within a week. She was helpful and polite I would definitely come back to this store in future.

Well my daughter and I arrived and I didn't know what bed I wanted, as I have a bad back, so your member of staff called Andy (who was brilliant ) came straight away and was so helpful taking around the store and explaining all about beds then let us try some beds, which I like as there is nothing worse that a salesman chasing you around shop. . Loved the sale not only beds but we bought other things too. We loved the atmosphere there, had a cup of tea on arrival, that is so lovely. really enjoyed the visit and I'm going to tell all my friends about your store, loved it, Many thanks

This was our second visit, having previously bought a mattress. We needed to purchase a new base. The sales assistant remembered us from the previous visit and understood our needs and directed us to suitable products. The whole process was quick, efficient and rewarding .
