From the moment we entered the store we were greated with would you like us to help we just wanted to browse but the lady very politely said that was fine and offered us a tea or coffee. How lovely and when we found the bed of our choice she helped with what choice in mattress we wanted. Whole experience very relaxed and most helpful.

We were welcomed in your Penarth Rd store by Julie. She and her manager couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful and friendly. She helped us when needed, allowed us to browse without being pushy. Price matched our purchase, and assisted in purchasing a pillow. Very very happy with our shopping trip.

we bought a king size bed and mattress a year ago, lovely bed and lovely mattress BUT we weren't warned about the heavy mattress and the 'lip' on the bed, so as OAP'S with arthritis we find it VERY difficult to tuck the sheets in. at the same time we bought a divan with mattress which was too soft, SO a year later we have had to buy a firmer mattress, Andy was helpful in assisting me in choosing a firmer mattress, also in showing me how to fix a head board to the divan

From the moment my son and i entered the store we were made very welcome. Great knowledge great service lovely cup of coffee while we discussed our needs. Im pleased to say im extremley happy with everything.

We were welcomed by Andy on a cold and wet afternoon and he immediately offered a cup of tea which was a nice touch. He was informative and showed us around the showroom and we tried out various beds. He told us all the details,but then left us to try out the beds at our own time, but ensured us he was there to answer any questions. We spent an hour in the store and Andy checked with us several times and answered all our questions and also offered us tea on a number of occasions. He never rushed us, but gave us all the information we required and showed us a discontinued mattress which he carried himself from the storeroom. We had previously visited an expensive mattress showroom, where the assistants merely talked amongst themselves and didn't even acknowledge our presence, so Andy was like a piece of fresh air. My husband and I never make a decision to buy on a first visit, but Andy really sold it to us, without being overbearing or " in your face". He is a wonderful asset to your company and I will not hesitate to visit again. We were highly satisfied with the service we received and will not hesitate to recommend the showroom to family and friends.

The assistant who served us was knowledgable, welcoming, helpful and he listened. He offered tea, did not rush us and made us feel reassured that we were making the right choice.

Julie was very friendly, not too pushy, appeared to be very knowledgeable about products and was able to quickly filter out items on display once our needs were understood.

Fantastic customer service. I have an illness and was looking for a mattress specific to my needs. Julie was very patient and extremely helpful to me. Very friendly staff throughout the store. Found the perfect mattress at a very reasonable price. Thank you Julie.
