My husband and I visited dreams in penarth rd Cardiff. We were greeted by michael who was friendly & knowledgable about the various mattress we were trying out and asking questions about . I think I must have tried most of the beds in the shop !! . But michael was patient and helpful throughout . We never felt presuured to purchase . But we are delighted with our final decision and grateful for dreams assistance in collecting and disposing of our old mattress Many thanks to michael an asset to dreams stores

We purchased a mattress over a year ago from Andy and we were so impressed with his knowledge, help and discount when we needed another mattress for another bed we did not hesitate to go back. Luckily Andy was available again and he remembered us, we told him what mattress we had already and advised him we wanted the same or something similar. Straight away Andy directed us to a similar mattress we were happy and we went straight over to buy it. Andy is a brilliant member of staff and is a credit to Dreams, we have recommended this store to friends and a year ago friends purchased a bed and mattress from this store from our recommendation. Thank you again Andy for another nice easy purchase.

Excellent service from Andy. Helped us greatly and we bought a very nice matress which hopefully will help my husbands back problem. Andy didnt rush us but gave us an excellent deal. We were extremely satisfied with our shopping experience.

Mike, Andy and Paul were very friendly and helpful they were particularly helpful in explaining the priced advertised on each bed as we did not find them to be very clear
