Julie the lady at the store was both kind helpful and very understanding, she spent time explaining. I felt happy and comfortable. You should definitely keep her!!

the staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival at the Penarth Road, Cardiff store. We were allowed to look and then the staff member was available immediately, when we were ready to find out more details. She was very clear on the offers available and the quality of the products. When we had decided to make a purchase, she was very efficient and the process was very quick and easy. I was very pleased to be offered the option of my old mattress being collected and recycled.

The staff, especially Big Mike, were friendly and gave us plenty of time to try out the different beds on display. The ordering process was straightforward and the prices clear.

All the staff were friendly and helpful without placing any pressure to buy. When a product was not in stock Andy quickly placed a new order.

We've only ever bought from Dreams, but we weren't sure what we wanted so Mike spent time explaining the different mattresses and the difference on bases, he also advised us regarding firmness and tried his best to help us decide. Paul also spent time assisting us and we had a very positive experience.

One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Came away feeling extremely satisfied. Very impressed with the range and value of the products on offer.

Andy's knowledge and experience was welcoming and efficient. I went in to spend £200 and ended spending £500. Wow he was brilliant and he just knew what he was doing.
