The staff were very friendly and as it was a quiet at the time we had a member of staff make us a cup of tea whilst we tried out all the beds. A very worth while visit and the staff were very knowledgeable.

The sales reps were very helpful giving information about the bed we were looking at. They were not pushy and were apologetic that we had had a small wait. When we were being served the lady was friendly and there was a lot of choice of delivery dates.
