Julie from Penarth Road branch was very knowledgeable, helpful and was able to answer all our questions. We were able to try out the beds to make sure we had the right one. A good amount to choose from.

We were greeted a few moments after entering the store and were asked what type of bed we were looking for and then guided to the relevent stock. This was done with an excellent description of each bed so that when we were left on our own to `try out`and make our decision it was quite straight forward.

WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED , AND AT WHAT PRICE AND GOT IT

We just went for a browse on Saturday and were greeted by Mike. He wasn't pushy in the slightest, and instead just offered to help. He impressed us with his product knowledge, so much so that we started trying different mattresses. We found two brands we liked and Mike quickly informed us that Dreams had a selection of clearence mattresses; each of which had a stated reason for return. He had listened to our needs: we wanted to replace our mattress with a durable, non-heat retaining mattress but had a limited budget. Luckily we found one of the mattresses we wanted. Mike helped us to check every aspect to ensure there was no damage. He also suggested that if we did want to wait until the next set of deliveries - there was no pressure and we could review that stock if if anyway unsure. He made us feel at ease and not under pressure. We decided to have a think overnight. We returned the following day and purchased the mattress Mike had suggested. He ensured it was wrapped promptly an d a sold sticker displayed to prevent any potential damage, pending delivery the following weekend. He also helped us to arrange the most convenient delivery slot. 10/10 - EXCELLENT service& knowledge.

I've been searching different stores looking for a bed as soon as I walked into Dreams Penarth Road Cardiff I felt at home the staff were really friendly and helpful. Julie the assistant who served me was amazing there was nothing she didn't know about beds Julie took her time discussing the type of bed I needed as I have problems with my back I think she is an excellent assistant and a credit to the company I would highly recommend this store Verline Hewett

I found Nicola and Mike very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. They listened to what our needs were (including price, speed of delivery and personal specification ie bad back and needing a soft and comfortable bed) and recommended products accordingly. I did not feel rushed in anyway despite it being a Saturday afternoon. We had opportunity to spend as much time as we likes on the mattresses getting a good idea of what was right for us. I am looking forward to a great nights sleep, rest assured I need one!

the goods were for my mother who has memory problems and is confused, the assistant Julie was very good with her she laughed and joked with her and was very patient which is what my mother needs.
