We were helped by Andy, who couldn’t have done more for us throughout our visit. Initially leaving us to browse after greeting us when we entered the store, when he saw that we were unsure which mattress to go for he quickly suggested that we use the machine for taking measurements, which was very helpful and informative. Reading off our results, he then helped us make up our minds on a preferred mattress, and sorted our purchase. Both he and his colleagues at the counter were very friendly, and we were both made to feel welcome without it being forced or without the feeling that we were being steered to spending more than we’d have liked to.

Very friendly staff and understood our needs

Upon entering the store Chase greeted me and my mum and was incredibly helpful in finding me the perfect bed and mattress. It was a hot day and he was quick to offer us both some water too which was a great touch.

Greeted on entering store. Very pleasant lady, knowledgeable about products. Given bottle of water, very warm day. Given time on our own to make our decision, without any pressure.

The quality of the service was excellent. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted and walked away satisfied with my order. Great service all round.

The customer advisor who assisted us (Linda) went above and beyond for us. Talked us through every bed/mattress we were interested in. She was able to thoroughly answer all of our questions. She was welcoming, warm and friendly throughout our visit. She was patient while we went away to make our decision and gave us space to talk when needed. I would definitely use Dreams and Linda again.

We were greeted at the door and introduced to the Dreams store. Not being sure of our needs we were invited to lie on a bed and undergo the computerised survey. A drink of water was offered while we discussed the results. We were then given a choice of three mattresses suitable to our requirements from the computer survey and tried them out. While my husband was 'snoozing', Julie and I discussed bed bases and headboards. Choices were made. We were given a choice of delivery dates and an option to alter them if necessary. We also chose to have the bed erected, our old bed taken away and packing materials cleared, green plastic bags for our old bed were supplied. We were then offered a choice of payments. All in all, a very efficient service. Our assistant Julie was most charming and helpful, listening to our exact requirements.
