Big Mike was very friendly informative and knew his products well. He gave sound advice and at know time did we feel under pressure. He offered a full range of products spent a lot of time with us but knew when we needed time to make our choice. I would like to say what an asset to your company he is and I will highly recommended to all my family and friends.

The staff were very helpful. We had an idea of what we wanted having purchased similar products before. Andy found our earlier orders and identified comparable products for us to test on the shop floor. He gave us ample time to chose and was able to answer all of our questions.

My last bed was bought at dream and I had such good service I decided to get my next one there and bingo same again .

Ease of order, friendliness of staff

The assistant who helped me, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable not only about the products but also where they were located within the store. I did not feel pressured in any way to make a purchase on one or other product it was very much tailored to what I wanted without a hard sell.

Julie great and provided us with all the time we needed to make a decision. SHe even made us tea!

Well best service I've received for a while.....Andy swiftly understood what type of mattress we were looking for and he provide several options for us to try out, in fact the one he pointed out first was the right choice for us so I guess he knows his stuff, however it was over our budget, fear not Andy offered us a discount which we happily excepted. To be fair when we wanted to discuss our options and budget he gave us a few minutes on our own to decide which was nice and he didn't feel like we were corned. even at the point of payment Andy cracked open the wine gums for my daughter, I too dived in to snatch a few.....The dates for delivery were very flexible so all in all a great experience for us all. Andy is a credit to your store in Cardiff so please pass on my feedback to him and the store manager. PS not sure how we managed to by a mattress as we went out to look for a new car.....which I found, but guess what, they wife said it was too sporty and she reminded me I was nearer 50 than 21, I guess that's wives for you!! Excellent Knowledge, extremely professional and could not have done more to help

Sue had just had hip replacement and we were looking for a new bed. Andy, Paul, Mike and Julie went out of their way to assist us from the car, through the store, sorted products that we were looking for, got us a coffee while looking for the products and then assisted us back to the car once the business was completed. Excellent customer service and product knowledge and very nice people. Thank you. James Donovan
