There was a very warm welcoming by staff when entering the shop also was given refreshments such as a warm cup of tea. The lady Julie who took care of my needs was very knowledgeable in her field of expertise and helped me select the best mattress for myself, overall a high performance many thanks a happy customer.

The bed was purchased as my wife has parkinson and dementia it was bought at the penarth road store cardiff and the assistant julie was extremely helpful explained everything and was really patient

We were greeted immediately by Andy who welcomed us & showed us the various standards of mattresses. He offered us a coffee which we accepted. We tried various mattresses & finally found the one we liked. I wish the delivery could have been sooner but overall very happy!

I have been in Dreams Store in Penarth Road in Cardiff and I was completely confused about what mattress I should buy, instead I was quiet sure about the bed frame because I had a look online, but for mattress it's different because you have to try them. Me and my wife have been very welcomed by Paul who helped us to choose the right mattress letting us try what we really need. He knows everything about his job and just listening to him you can notice that. He also explained everything and gave us all the information. We have been very satisfied and we will recomend to our friends and family to join the experience at Dreams.
