Andy was very helpful from the off really, explained the different mattress types and showed us the location of all the different ones, he then give us abit of time to have a look ourselfs, then when we needed him he was there, he was willing to go above and beyond to help us get what we wanted.Andy was a very happy go lucky guy, who like I said was willing to do what it took to help is! A true gent!!

Julie (Dreams Staff, Cardiff, Penarth Road) made our shopping experience a dream (pun intended). She greeted me and my wife as we entered and asked how she could help after a minite or two of us looking around to see if we could find the bed we had seen online. She was a great help, didn't even have to find the link on our phone, she knew what bed we had come to see from our brief description. She took us straight to it and then began to tell us all about it. Then helped us find the right mattress, pillows and duvet. After we found what we wanted, she sat us down and started to tell us the best prices we could get and what our options were. We ended up going down the finance route, as it came to more than we had saved but we definitely wanted them. She was very helpful and made the whole tedious business of paperwork bearable. If anyone asks us for a bed, we are going to send them to Dreams and Julie!

Excellent staff with great product knowledge. Took time to establish our needs and addressed them. Computer system was down so order was p[laced manually with computer generated documentation following very quickly. Kept well informed of order and delivery status.
