Julie the sales assistant was fantastic, she took the time to explain everything to us and she walked around with us to answer any questions we might have had. I left the shop knowing I'd made the right decision. Julie is a credit to your team!

The lady (Julie) who helped me with my order was very friendly and helpful, she was polite and a credit to dreams. She offered us a drink of water and allowed us to look around without pestering us but was there when we needed her.

We had specific requests which were dealt with in a professional way which gave us confidence to purchase two beds.

We arrived at the store with a firm idea of what we were looking for, the Sales representative immediately directed us to the products and provided a demonstration and offered advice on our requirements. We realised the product we had originally looked at was not what we wanted are were shown a couple of similar but more suitable products instead. The Sales rep was courteous and helpful throughout the experience and, given the extreme heat on the day, was very approachable and professional. Overall, the experience from arriving at the store to purchasing, organising a delivery date and leaving again was very good and we will return to the store again in the future. Thanks

Julie the sales assistant was very helpful considerate and gave us a great deal to include as part of the purchase of a new mattress free sheets mattress cover and pillows - she also arranged delivery free of charge a very professional considerate and helpful sales assistant

Michael and Jane were both eager to assist. Any questions we had they either knew the answer or were happy to double check. They were lovely and approachable. Highly satisfied with the price of the bed, may have been a bit steep if we had also bought the mattress.

Andy, the sales assistant was excellent in his knowledge of the mattresses we were looking at and went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied before completing the order
