We didn't expect to purchase a mattress so easily. Paul was highly knowledgeable, approachable and offered excellent customer service. Paul wasn't pushy and listened to our needs. Paul excelled and went the extra mile (he even offered us a drink and walked us to our car with our pillows)! Amazing service and we've walked away with great products at a great price! Thanks Paul!

Andy was very helpful while helping myself to choose a bed as I was looking for something in particular.

The service was great and we received superb help from the members of staff in helping get exactly what we needed. We were provided with all details and information we asked for and we're overall very happy.

From the moment we stepped in store Andy was more than helpful, he couldn't do enough for us! Even while we were just browsing he offered us a drink each, he didn't waste our time showing us stuff we didn't want and made sure he understood our needs from the get go. He went out of his way to secure a no deposit needed sale and reduced the price further than the advertised price! He arranged a quick delivery and made us feel welcome and under no pressure to buy. He wasn't at all pushy, we were more than satisfied leaving the store with a more than suitable bed and mattress. Couldn't fault the store or service revived on the day.

We visited this store twice to look at purchasing, one our first visit Andy was very helpful and we were provided with so much helpful information. On our second visit Andy recognised us and came over to us. We very welcomed with open arms, we were offered a hot or cold drink and Andy even remembered what bed we were interested in. The whole approach of Andy and his staff was very good. I was shocked to hear that they are on commission as none of the staff at the Penarth Road were pushy. thank you :)

Hello. We have used this Dreams store on a number of occasions over recent years and I find that the team are very attentive but not too "pushy". Michael knew his product set and answered all questions that we asked about our purchase. We then also bought a new headboard and pillows and when we sat down to place the order we were offered a bottle of water (nice touch) and both the manager and Michael were exceptionally friendly but not too familiar. I think that other organisations could learn from this sales approach, we were left alone to discuss items when appropriate and although it is clear that your sales team want the order (as that is their purpose) they do not come across as desperate for it. I will be returning the Penarth Road store and also recommending them to friends and family who require new beds etc.... On an aside, we have also found the delivery drivers to be courteous and efficient when we have purchased in the past and I am sure that we will find the same level service when our new goods arrive. Thank you.

The lady was extremely informative and asked us the right questions to get us the right mattress. She went to get a feather pillow (which I use at home) to help me compare the feel of the mattresses. The lady gave us space to discuss and try (which I am extremely happy to have time to think) but was always on hand to answer our questions. Made me feel relaxed and happy with my decision! She went out of her way to entertain my kids so we could try the mattresses! Thank you!
