Paul the Store Manager at the Penarth Road, Cardiff Store was extremely helpful in talking myself and my partner through the options available to us. We had chosen a great mattress and completely the order within 15minutes - very satisfied with the experience.

Paul the store manager . Was highly knowledgeable and he attend to our every need . Offered a tea and coffee when first arriving . Talked us though all the difference colours on the mattress . First arriving we only wanted a double mattress as ours was 25 years old . We ended up leaving with a king size bed , mattress , 4 pillows , bedding , douvet .

I went into the store my 89yr old mother who wanted to purchase a mattress. The friendly sales assistant who dealt with us was very helpful and my mother really enjoyed the shopping experience.

Andy (Andrew) was polite, professional and found us a bed that suited our needs and budget. Store was clean, well laid out and current offers and prices were clearly displayed.

The service,knowledge of the assistance was excellent. There was no rushing we tried out a number of beds after telling the assistant what we where looking and giving us advise and answering all the questions we asked. After finding a bed we liked she went through the payment plan. We went away to think about it and after returning 2 days later to say we didn't want to spend that much on a bed. She listened to what we said again and after spending another hour with her we purchased our bed. The service, advise & suggestions we received was outstanding.

The sales assistant, Julie, was very helpfull and friendly, and even though my wife and myself took some considerable time to decide which mattress we liked, there was never a hint of pressure selling. So thank you. Also thanks. The bottle of water was very welcome, on a very hot and muggy afternoon.
