Spoke with the store manager Paul. Gave me plenty of information on a few products within the store. Which allowed me to make the right choice for the product i choose. Great customer service.

The assistant Julie was very friendly, cheerful and was not pushy at all to make a sale. I was atteneed to straight away and the whole process was quick.

The Sales Assistant was extremely helpful, quick to recognise and accommodate my needs and very friendly, making my overall experience very pleasant.

Julie (Dreams Colleague) was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. She made sure that I tried several different mattresses and ensured that I was happy with the one I bought.

Due to on going health issue the purchase of this item was very important to get it right, the assistant prioritised this straight away and used her knowledge to direct us, she took the time to vary the options and make sure we had a good selection on which to make our final decision, at no time did we feel pressured but we did feel that she used her product knowledge well to guide us.

Being letting agents we are regularly ask to refresh the apartments we have on our books. We find the stock at Dreams just what is needed , the price is good and your staff know exactly what we are requesting.

All the staff were very friendly and product knowledgable. Michael was very helpful, able to answer my questions and did not rush me in my decision making. He showed no impatience when I changed the delivery date immediately after he had printed out the paperwork. We were assisted straight away by a really friendly and knowledgeable member of staff (Julie) at the Penarth Road, Cardiff store. Nothing was too much trouble, all features were explained and demonstrated. We tried out just a few beds to find our perfect match. Julie knew exactly what we needed and was thorough and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this store as all the staff were friendly and inviting.
