I was very satisfied. I went into the store near closing time so one colleague had to hand over to another but they had been clearly informed of our requirements. The store manager who served us stayed past the closing time to ensure our order went through. Even though it was late he did not rush us.

Excellent attention from Paul who had very good knowledge. Spent time with us to understand our needs both immediately and longer term. This meant us spending more that we anticipated but we are really pleased with our purchase. He also told us about other items we would never have thought about and we ended up buying fabulous pillows, mattress protector and bedding, all of which we are very pleased with.
