Julie greeted my parents and myself politely with a smile & offered us a cuppa which we accepted let my parents tell as many beds as they liked & as many times. Was also patient & efficient. Explaining all the products well as they were having separate beds & had different preferences for a mattress. This helped them as they do not like being rushed & wanted to make sure they made the right choice.

Plenty of selection in the store to make choosing easier. Paul was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble and no question too silly.

We placed our order at Penarth Road, Cardiff and the service we received from Julie was excellent. She was with us all the way and her knowledge of every item was superb. W have now had our goods delivered and the delivery men were very efficient and polite. We are extremely impressed with Dream.

Paul our sales agent was very friendly and knowledgeable. We knew what we were looking for and Paul showed us the mattress that we then went on to buy. We sat down with a cup of tea to do some paper work. We set delivery and made payment. We felt reassured and at ease. Overall lovely visit and lovely mattress.
