Assistant was not giving us pressure to buy but guided us and informed us of the products. He was polite and took his time.

I felt that the sales assistant treated us with the respect she would show someone who was close to her, giving honest answers and not pushing us into overbuying, whilst also guiding us through the full range of products Dreams has to offer. I went in wanting a mattress and came out with a duvet, pillows and sheets - without feeling railroaded. She had patience and understanding of the bid decision of buying a new mattress. I would definitely feel happy to return for further needs.

We were served by Michael who was very helpful and professional, he took time to understand our needs and he explained to us in detail about mattresses and beds. He let us look around on our own and did not make us feel pressured. We felt at ease to shop around and this gave us the opportunity to make a well informed decision to purchase the goods we wanted and when we had a question he was able to explain clearly.

I'm sure the colleague was called Michael. He explained the difference between the 2 beds I was looking at so id get more value for my money. Checked abailabolity on both befire i made my choice and got me the best delivery to suit me. Very happy with his service
