What I was most impressed with was the service we were given the time to just think about it with no pressure or hassle from the salesman the salesman's knowledge of the product was very high and answered all the questions we needed to know and even advised us on changing what we originally wanted to a better mattress and bed that would support and help my back and spine as I broke my neck 12 years ago after listening to what he said and experimenting with different mattresses we were very happy with the product that we purchased and would highly recommend anyone to go to dreams even if it was just to get an idea of what you need for a good night's sleep the salesman was very polite and knew his stuff I would give him 10 out of 10

Paul was very helpful, I didn't really know what I was looking for in a bed and I was getting quite fed up with all the options but with a few simple questions from Paul he knew exactly what beds I should be looking at which made everything so much easier for me!

I had a specific non-standard requirement for a mattress, explained it to the manager Paul who found something which was close enough to our requirement and then he arranged acceptable delivery. I had tried four other shops first so was very pleased with what was achieved. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

We visited the store on penarth road in Cardiff with the intention of buying a new bed. I found parking very easy and entered the show room which was well presented. I was approached by a member of staff - Paul, who was very friendly and well presented. The first thing he did was welcome us and offer a hot drink. Paul then let us have a look around whilst making my partner a cup of tea. On his return, he politely probed us as to what sort of mattress and frame we were looking to purchase. He explained clearly all the different of mattress and encouraged us to test the different mattresses out and narrow them down to our preference. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient when advising us and we eventually found the mattress for us. We then made a decision regarding the bed frame. The payment process was also very straight forward, and Paul was so good at his job, we also bought a mattress protector, duvet, bottom sheet, duvet set and a bed/mattress service plan. Paul even helped to carry the extras to my car. The whole process was totally hassle free and straight forward. I had no need to look at other retailers and was extremely happy with the service I received
