Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

Really liked the sales advisor, on penarth road, Cardiff although we arrived late just before closing, she advised us amazingly on buying our two mattresses and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was so knowledgeable and quick, delivery time excellent - well done Dreams your staff are a credit to you!!!

We were served by Julie. Once we explained what our requirements were she was able to point us to a few items which would fit the bill. She was knowledgable about the products and was extremely helpful all round. She made the visit to the store very pleasant, even offering us a cuppa whilst we browsed. We have used this store before and the customer service we received from Julie would make another visit a definite when we need another bed!

My Wife and I went to the store on Penarth Road and approached by one of the staff members and given assistance to help us understand the various mattress types which helped us with our choice. Michael ( big Michael) was very courteous and helpfull and provided us with a nice cup of coffee while we browsed.We wernt rushed but he was around to answer any questions we had on various mattresses .We finally made our choice and would deffinaty recomed this store .

Julie was your representative at the Penarth Road store in Cardiff and helped us to find the right mattress for us. She was extremely professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She took into account our ages and disabilities so that we could be comfortable and have a restful sleep. She was not pushy or in your face but gave us time to think things through. She even found me a pillow which suited my disability. I did ask if I could purchase the blue covers for the pillow but they were not for sale. When we decided she went through all the paperwork slowly and methodically giving us the time to take everything in and made sure we understood everything before signing the paperwork. My wife and I highly commend her and your company.

We were approached to.see if we needed assistance then left to browse which is what we like and offered coffee while we did this,and big Mike the assistant was on hand to answer any questions

We were greeted with a friendly smile and felt the assistant, Julie, listened to our needs and showed a really good knowledge of the products.

We were welcomed by Mark as soon as we arrived, after listening to our preferences he directed my husband and I to a mattress he thought would suit us and quickly put it onto a bed for us to try. As Mark was busy with another customer at the same time he asked Julie to take over when she was free and she was also very knowledgeable and helpful and we were grateful for her advice. We found both Mark and Julie helpful and efficient and they made our trip to Dreams a pleasant experience.

The chap who seen to me was very poilet and friendly,he explained how the oterman bed worked,also has shown me various mattress. Regads Don
