We popped in to look at head boards and cane out with a bed, a mattress and pillows! Julie was very friendly, helpful and did us a great deal on it all over a cup of tea. Very satisfied, just waiting for delivery now and looking forward to getting into the bed!

The assistant Julie was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for me. She even made me a lovely cup of coffee. She was interested in everything I asked about and answered all of my questions fully and competently. I wish all staff could be as helpful as Julie. Please pass on my thanks. Hazel

Mark in the Penarth Road store was very helpful from when we first entered the store. We are buying a bed for our first home and had seen the bed we wanted online, but wanted help choosing the mattress.

first visit to a Dreams store, very pleased with the service I received. Friendly and professional. Julie was knowledgable and helpful, she got my need and make good recommendations about what I should consider, she was not pushy. Made me feel that she cared that I got what I wanted. Her colleague Mike also helped, he was helpful and friendly.
