Staff were very friendly and knowledgable.

came to this store 8 weeks ago and ended up walking straight back out, now returning today the stores lay out is much more satisfactory and appealing and I noticed that there where new staff in store that were more than happy to help me and give me the best ok there product knowledge and I will be recomending this store to all my family and friends and telling them the fantastic services given.

We usually get harassed by staff when looking around in other stores which is very off putting. The staff at this store let us know they were there but left us to it. They were lovely with my 4 year old daughter also making a fuss of her and her new baby sister. I also found the mattress I wanted in the clearance after I had chosen it. The staff seemed helpful without an agenda which is unusual for a sales person. Thanks again

Mark was very helpful, and listened to the questions about the product I was looking for and was very helpful in answering them. He put me at ease through my shopping experience,nothing was too much trouble. he has organised a fast delivery date. I am just waiting for the delivery of my mattress and I'm looking forward to a good nights sleep!!

I have just arrived in Cardiff from Australia as a student and have had a great trouble sleeping as the mattress I was on was horrible. After going to a few other retailers for mattresses I came across Dreams and was overwhelmed by the warmth and understanding of the retail assistant. I believe her name was Julie and she was so helpful! I was very well cared for in the store and her friendly energy was a pleasure to be around. My mattress has just arrived and I couldn't be more excited to have a good nights sleep this evening! Many thanks!

Friendly staff and provided fetail to help comparisons. Didn’t concentrate on deals but on what we wanted. Provided refreshments too

The sales person Mark was most helpful. The follow up person Mike also very helpful. The delivery men were polite and helpful, I had my cleaner ready to vacuam the base before the new mattress was put on, but the driver said I'll do that and he did a good job, I am a fussy person but I couldn't fault him. Well done Dreams.

Staff were attentive and helpful but not intrusive. Julie and Mark were very pleasant and helpful without being annoying. Process of selecting the mattress we needed was straighforward and the payment and payment process was also smooth.
