Julie, the assistant was to hand when we needed advise. She talked us through all options appropriate for what i wanted and gave me time and encouragement to make sure it was the right product. I felt completely happy leaving knowing i had purchased the right bed for me!

We were given the opportunity to visit another store locally to compare mattresses which were not available at our original store. The other store did not close until after we arrived.

Julie was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, informative and knowledgable, listening and understanding what we wanted and advising us to. She was very efficient and dealt with out enquiries and processing the sale quickly whilst making sure we were happy with everything. We were offered a excellent deal with some goodies thrown in and it was an en enjoyable experience all round! Would definitely recommend!
