I arrived at the Cardiff store 10 minutes before closing and met a young man called Mike. He was exceptional not trying to rush me as he was due to go home. His service and friendliness were wonderful all credit to Mike I came away very satisfied

Expert advice and friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble

The Sales assistant at your Penarth Road Cardiff branch who dealt with us on Saturday and Sunday was extremely helpful. A young man with dark hair in his early twenties.

Julie was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were offered a tea/coffee and given advice and assistance as soon as we entered the store. We felt valued and felt that we were offered a great deal.

The lady who served us went out if her way to show me the correct beds and mattresses to suit my needs. She even made us tea and coffee! And we were amazed at the bargains to be had in the clearance sale if duvet sets, sheets, etc. We left with armfuls of stuff on Black Friday. If only the bed I chose had been in the sale, my shopping trip would have been perfect!

Very friendly staff although I did feel a bit pressurised to make the purchase

I was very happy visiting the store it was clean and had many options to choose from also the assistant big Michael help me with all my questions I had and gave me all the imformation I needed about the bed and after care I felt happy and pleased after leaving with my purchase

The staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy. We were offered tea or coffee. The sales person was knowledge and explained the different mattresses too us.

Mark the customer advisor has a high and excellent customer approach wasn’t a ‘pushy’ salesman gave us all the information needed and very professional
