Knowledgeable, friendly, happy staff, even straight after Christmas day

Very nice staff. Dealt with by very nice man and did not feel rushed. There was a delay in paying as only two computers so W ex had to wait until one came free before we could pay.

We were greeting by Andy who was very helpful from the very beginning. I visited many alternative suppliers before visiting dreams and the customer service does not compare. He found out all the information and guided us to the options that matched our search. He was helpful and understanding to our needs and not pressured into anything. Very happy customer!
