Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

We visited the Penarth road store in Cardiff. We were greeted by Julie who was very helpful and immediately made a fuss of our 3 children whom I had to fetch with us. She printed off pictures and offered them to sit with pencils to colour in. She was very helpful and knowledgable with us. She offered us a hot drink each and were very patient with us looking at all the our options. We were a bit indecisive so we even went away and came back later in the day and she was even as helpful the second time around ensuring we were getting the best deal suitable. We eventually settled on a lovely 2 drawer storage bed and mattress. We were offered delivery within a fortnight. We had regular email updates regarding delivery and received a 2 hour time slot the night before and also a phone call on the morning of delivery to check that our time slot was ok. They turned up and took their shoes off straight away upon entry to my home (without any mentioning of it from myself). They put the bed together along with the mattress, took away our old mattress and all the packaging. It was done with ease and quickly. It’s been a pleasant experience from start to finish for us.

I walked into the store not knowing a lot about the different types of mattresses and whether I needed a special base for my old bedknobs and broomsticks bed but Mike couldn't have been more helpful. He spent time listening to what I wanted in terms of comfort and what would be best given my needs and budget. He and his colleagues were helpful and friendly - I will definitely return to this store. Thank you.

We were looking for a new bed with a solid base and storage and were helped with the various options by such a helpful man called Andy. He even helped us out tremendously with a mattress too and managed to give us a fantastic discount! He made me a nice cup of coffee too, and it was nice sipping away whilst myself and my husband looked at the various options. Andy made us feel very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for him. It just goes to show that going the extra mile makes it all worth while.

We were served by Julie. We have now brought three beds from the same store, which has become our ‘go to’ bed shop. Each time we go back the staff are lovely (Julie was so good with my daughter who we were shopping for). The new bed has already been delivered and will be used tonight for the first time.

The service was excellent and Mike who was the sales assistant was really helpful and gave excellent advice. He was very patient as we were buying a bed and mattress so we were testing a few beds. He spoke to the manager and he also got the best price for what we wanted and he also helped us load the van up. I will be using the shop again. Thank You,

Having used dreams outlet on penarth road Cardiff many times before I had no problem in making this my first call in looking for my new bed The service is always a1 and I always fell as if I get a great deal on the bed I am looking for So the need to look elsewhere is pretty slim to be honest

The lady who served me was great. She was very helpful. The only bit I was unhappy with was the price. It showed as half price and an extra 20% online. But it was only 20%.
