Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

Started with the mattress assessment and shown 3 different types of mattresses to fit our needs

The gentleman that served us in Cardiff Penarth road (Alan I think he was called? I’m so sorry if that’s wrong! - an older gentleman with white hair, quite tall) was amazing! So attentive, kind, helpful, funny and he knew exactly what we wanted and needed for the best price. He also did us an amazing deal for a bed frame and mattress. He gave us the perfect amount of help and wasn’t pushy or in our faces at any time. He made us feel very comfortable in his company and we would 1000% buy from him & Cardiff Penarth road store again! (Please can you pass this onto him directly so he knows how helpful he was!)

Mike at the Cardiff store was extremely helpful, offering advice but also leaving us to have a wander at our leisure.

We arrived at your store just before closing, we stated to your co-worker (Julia) what we were looking for and from start to finish we received excellent informative assistance (including demonstration of equipment). At no time were we put under any pressure to buy - Julia's approach to our situation was just perfect. And my wife and I left very happy customers.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by Julie with welcome to Dreams. From then on Julie was extremely professional and knowledgeable as she took us through the process of buying a new bed.

Julie at your Penarth store was very bubbly and helpful. It took us 4 days to decide exactly what we required and then returned to the store to finalise and purchase, which again, Julie was very knowledgeable and helpful. All other staff were pleasant and greeted us with a smile.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. When we explained we were looking for a mattress the system of choosing a mattress with the electronic bed was clearly explained. Great sense of humour! We were offered drinks. Also given time to decide on chosen mattress with no pressure from salespeople.

The salesman (Chase) was very friendly and supportive, helped explain the products etc.

Julie the shop assistant was very informative and helpful and she guided us with the specific item that we needed to purchase for our child. There was enough parking space and we were given bottles of water for all our family members
