Julie was very knowledgeable and helped me to select the bed and mattress I needed. I had an idea of what I wanted but Julie was able to discuss these with me and offer alternative and better suited products.

Great customer service. Mark was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. Gave us Plenty of time to decide and didn’t rush us in any way. Good selection of mattresses available to try. Extremely helpful in getting any other mattresses in if needed.

Andy was great. Not pushy at all. Talked us through the mattresses and beds we were interested in taking into account my partners need for a firm mattress. His knowledge of the products was key and he didn't follow us everywhere which was refreshing. I would recommend him and now Dreams to any of my friends.

Mark, the new manager at the Penarth Road branch, recognised me as a twice before customer from the Newport Road branch where he assisted me with purchases. Mark was very friendly, assisted me with getting me what I was after and did me a really good deal and also spent the time to have a chat as well.

I had not been to Dreams before and just went to see what is available. I was delighted with the range on offer and the helpfulness of the staff so placed an order.
