A good welcome to the store by sales person Julie , pointed us in directions of mattresses we were interested in , left us to form opinions , try mattresses out whilst being readily available for any questions we had . On our choice Julie was helpful in affirming the descriptive of product and at ordering was efficient in putting it into delivery system . On this visit encountered no problems and very grateful for the assistance provided .

Very helpful non pushy assistant.. if I couldn’t see it , he found it .. he seemed to know his job/ stock extremely well ..friendly and helpful .. two important factors for me !!

I knew exactly what I was looking for and the assistant didn’t try to change my mine just helped me with what I wanted

The gentleman we spoke to at the store was very helpful and offered us tea or coffee while we were looking around. He came back to see if we had any questions but left us plenty of time to make a decision. The gentlemen who delivered the bed were very good and even took their shoes off as soon as they got into the house. They asked if they should assemble the bed which I thought was included in what we paid, but as they offered to do it anyway this was no problem.

We were first served by Julie as we entered the Cardiff store. So friendly and didn't continue to bug us with anything. So we had a look round the store and was surprised to see the bed we have been looking for months was in the shop! We were very excited and in shock it was there. After we looked at other beds we spoke to Julie to ask about mattresses we've never been to a profesional store before so knew nothing about mattresses. Julie made me and my partner tried all types of colours of the mattresses and found a mattress we both absolutely loved it but we had a tight budget but Julie was very considerate in regards to our budget and took us to the clearance section to look at some mattresses and to choose what we like the most. Julie made mine and my partner and his mum very comfortable in this store (cardiff). When usually going in stores there is always a sales person like a vulture hovering over me and won't take no for an answer, I've never met a sales assistant like Julie. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Excellent staff, didn’t follow you around, but there when needed without being obtrusive

The assistant, Andrew, understood exactly what we were looking for and gave us a very competitive combined price. The whole transaction was completed with humour, speed and ease, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. We would certainly return to that store.
