As assistant, Mike, was with us within seconds. He listened to our requirements before showing us a range of options. We quickly identified our preferred choice and he ran through a profile of the product. It was all plain sailing, hassle-free and easily done.

We wasn't harrased by any staff and looked around freely. We was offered refreshments during are visit. And the gentleman who we asked for assistance was called Andy. He was the gentleman that made us the tea.and was very helpfully and polite with are purchase...we are returning very soon to purchase more for our bedrooms. Thanks ANDY.

Andy was really helpful and friendly he quickly ascertained what our needs were allowed us time and space to browse and helped us to choose a mattress. The option of interest free credit is what sets dreams apart from other bed stores and the option of having the delivery team assemble the bed is fab.
