We are Highly Satisfied as the Staff made us very welcome and they advised us of what we needed, Julie and Little Mike, If ever or when I need another Bed that will be the first place I go

Pam, Julie and mike were all amazing during my visit to dreams on penarth road. There was a part missing that Julie and mike have promised to get to me but apart from that they were all amazing and helped me massively. Thank you!

Overall it was a very good experience.customer service was excellent.thanks to julie she was very helpful and patiently listen to us and understood what we are looking for.we spent a good couple of hour in the store and she was there to assist us and find us our dream bed and mattresses.she even kept our three year old little girl entertained throughout the buying process.delivery was on time and was assembled and they also taken the rubbish away.quality of the products are excellent. very good service.will definitely be back for our next purchase.Highly recommend.

We entered the store and straight away we seen something we both liked, we looked at it for a while,then Mike (little) came over and just introduced himself and basically said if we need anything don't hesitate to give him a shout, which was nice because two previous stores the assistant seemed to follow us around, which is annoying! Mike also asked if we would like a coffee,nice touch,then we didn't see him for half an hour when we decided on a bed and we needed advice. Mike(little) was brilliant, answered everything we asked,we were so pleased with the service instead of choosing a bed and coming back next month to buy we ended up buying the bed, mattress and side units there and then! It was awkward for us as our bedroom is in the loft and not a lot of space to get a bed up the stairs,Mike ensuring us it came in certain size parts and we would be able to get the bed into our loft room. Great service Mike (little) Julie the lady working with Mike made us really welcome aswell,great team effort. Really helpful with delivery times to suit us as we haven't had all the work done yet. My wife and I will be returning. Great service,thanks to Mike and Julie. 👍😁👍
