Julie was very knowledgeable and polite and she went of her way to make sure we was comfortable and wasn’t pushy as you get in some other shops she gave us time to think about what we were doing and even make us a cup of tea.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams. Your colleague made us feel very welcome and helped us to find the perfect mattress. The time it took to order and set everything up was extremely quick which was great.

Friendly service from Julie , excellent knowledge of products. Spent time showing and advising but allowed time for us to look independently. Provided with tea! Nothing was too much trouble . Went through all the paperwork fastidiously and clearly . A pleasant experience.

i was approach by a salesman told him i was looking for new beds and if needed help i would call on him to help and was left to look in my own time found much better than being pressured and the young man whose name is mike was very helpful yours sincerely H Frayling

Julie was very helpful, made us feel like we had all the time in the world and really helped my daughter get a feel for the mattress and bedframe that would suit what she wanted. Excellent service.. we entered the store just looking to have a brows and not buy but Julie helped us to find the perfect match for what we wanted.

GOOD MORNING DREAMS AS SOON AS MY SON AND I ENTERED THE DREAMS STORE ON PENARTH ROAD IN CARDIFF ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON FEBRUARY 15TH 2018 WE HAD A GUT FEELING WE DIDN'T NEED TO SPEND THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON SHOPPING FOR A MATTRESS IN ANOTHER STORE. MIKE, THE SALESMAN CAME WITH A SMILE TOWARDS US AND ASKED US OUR NEEDS. AS I HAVE A NECK INJURY,CERVICAL 6 AND 7 AND A HERNIATED LUMBAR 4 AND SACRAL 5 DISCS (LOWER AREA OF THE SPINE) AND OSTEO ARTHRITIS IT WAS PERTINENT TO HAVE THE APPROPRIATE MATTRESS. MIKE WAS FUNNY, FRIENDLY, OPEN HEARTED AND AN EXTREMELY GOOD LISTENER. HE EVEN OFFERED US A CUPPA AND GAVE US AS MUCH TIME AS WE NEEDED TO RECLINE ON THE CHOSEN MATTRESS. WE LEFT FEELING CONFIDENT AND ASSURED AND WOULD BE DELIGHTED TO RECOMMEND DREAMS WHENEVER WE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY. FULL OF GRATITUDE AND JOY, MARIE DUNNE
