Andy, the salesman, was that perfect mix of professional, courteous and knowledgeable we look for when visiting a store. He was clearly experienced and very quickly found a great mattress solution for my wife & I. I recently had spine surgery, so this was even more important. We also just had a baby boy - Andy and his colleagues made a suitable fuss of the little guy, which went down very well with my wife! All-round, warm & exceptional service. Andy's a natural.

The Cardiff branch of Dreams made us feel welcome by greeting us as we entered the store. They did not over burden us and allowed us to feel relaxed and enjoyed the experience of having a look around without interrupting our experience of the store. We were then approached by one of the sales people named Andy who was highly informative, helpful and engaging in our needs. Andy showed us great hospitality in offering us coffee and biscuits while we were going through the payment process. I noticed that all the staff approached each of the customers with a very warm and friendly manner. Well Done to ALL the team and especially Andy. Thank you for your help and guidance.

There was a good range of items, but primarily the service provided by the staff was excellent.

Had the products we want at a great price and purchase was efficient

I was at the dreams store in Penarth as an electrical contractor to get the electricity back on after a flood from snow melting After my work was carried out and got the store open again I perused the beds and spoke to the manager about an adjustable tempur bed, absolute fantastic knowledge and help with selecting a product, I decided to purchase, then the second part of the work was authorised so I happily carried on

We were seeking advice regarding the different types of mattresses available and wanted to try them for comfort. Your Colleague Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing the advice we needed and in letting us 'comfort test' the various mattresses in the Store. His contribution enabled us to decide the mattress type we required and, from our point of view, we had a very good and successful shopping experience.
