Very helpful staff couldn't do enough

On a budget looking for a mattress the assistant devoted a lot of time until we found the right one

The assistant at Cribbs Causeway branch was unhelpful and not really bothered if they made a sale or not. We were told the item we wanted was in Cardiff but no offer to call and check so we walked out and called the Cardiff branch ourselves. Immediately the customer service from Andy on the phone was brilliant. So we drove an hour to Cardiff where we were treat amazingly by all the staff. We had a cup of tea, time to discuss on our own and Mike was very knowledgeable about the product. The whole experience was professional, friendly and accommodating. A very big Well Done to Andy, Mike and all the staff at Penarth Rd branch. Thank you for making the trip worthwhile!!! Please can you make sure they are rewarded accordingly. Many thanks

Walking around n to the store the choice and layout in the store was daunting. Andy was quick to point offer assistance and within 15 minutes we selected a mattress we were extremely happy with and were paying for it. Fantastic service well done ANDY!

The sales staff were really friendly and helpful and I didn't feel pushed into buying anything and I came away with a really good deal on a bed which was better than an online price.
