the young man, Mike ,that helped us choose the bed was very knowledgeable .he first offered us tea or coffee then showed us around the store to show us the mattresses that we were interested in helping us select a base that we needed and telling us about all the different types available. He was helpful as my mother is disabled . A lovely young man with manners and a very nice personality and every thing was done with ease and professionalism.

The customer service was excellent. Andy was knowledgeable and assisted us without making us feel we were under pressure to buy.

Helpful staff and good products

The bed we wanted wasn't in store but easy to order in store. Very helpful team member, didn't push with up selling anything. Knew the products.

Andy was attentive and knowledgable and more than helpful which made our visit much easier and felt happy with our decision.

We have a 3/4 size bed (4' double) and were uncertain how easy it would be to get a replacement mattress. The assistant provided a good range of alternatives, did not push any particular range and was attentive to my son's requirements. Also the paperwork was less than I was expecting. The availability of disposal, as well as delivery, is really helpful.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Layout of stock was clear and easy on the eye.

Everything we were looking for was in the store. We were given a very high quality of assistance by Andy. He was extremely friendly and gave us plenty of time to decide and all the help we needed. He was able to answer any questions we had.
