Friendly and very helpful staff, couldn’t do enough for us

I was given loads of assistance and advice by Mark, who explained all the types of mattresses available and what would suit me best given what I was looking for and specs. Julie who processed my order was very friendly and efficient and they both were very generous and supportive. It was a very pleasant experience, I would definitely return in future, and ended up more satisfied with the products than I was expecting. Great store!

Julie was very knowledgeable and attentive, she was there if we needed her but also gave us space to decide in our own time with no pressure

From the moment we entered the store, the service received has been first class. The assistance offered was informed and helpful without being overbearing. We were given guidance and allowed to make our choice in our own time. We needed a delivery the next day and this was kindly facilitated with guidance given as to what was available for immediate delivery. The team delivering our mattresses were equally helpful and pleasant. They arrived at exactly the nominated time and dealt professionally with a tricky access problem. I cannot think of an example where I have been more impressed by retail service.
