The assistant was very attentive and went out of her way to accommodate me. Offered a hot drink and a chance to take the time to look and try the mattresses.

We do not like pushy sales people hanging around our space. Today YOUR SALES PERSON WAS PERFECT, greeted us, as ked what we required, explained the colour codes and then let us be until further information was required - Give that Woman Gold Star.

Andy remembered us from a previous trip to the store, gave it a personal touch. He was friendly knowledgeable and laughed at my bad jokes.
