Chase the person helping us was very attentive to our needs regarding styles of bed frames and mattresses and offered a range of products that suited us.He gave us time to browse with little pressure and answered all of our questions, he even offered water. Ordering was very straightforward and explained multiple offers regarding protection, assembly, etc.

Staff were very welcoming on arrival and asked if we would like a drink while we waited for the sleep assessment machine to be available. Staff gave the impression that they worked well as a team and demonstrated high morale. Assistant communication skills was fabulous and genuinely wanted to help. Store was clean and well organised. Very pleased with the customer service I received.

Chase was really helpful and took his time to assist us. He measured us up for the most suitable mattress and showed us all options. We were even provided with a bottle of water. His other colleagues were also very friendly and clearly were able to build a rapport with customers. We felt very at ease with the whole experience.

Paul was knowledgeable and forthcoming with information. He was happy to help and fast with engagement as we entered the store with complimentary water making the experience effortless.

Andy was our assistant was very friendly, very knowledgeable and we felt as ease with him, we enjoyed our time with him and yet fave us enough space to discuss our options privately. He was also very kind to our daughter who did not want to be bed shopping. He was very apologetic about how long it would take to be delivered, I realise that it not his fault but 12 week wait did nearly put us off buying it.

The mattress type evaluating machine was a very helpful in choosing the right type of mattress for myself and the assistant was also helpful in showing me the correct mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble no matter how many times I wanted to try between two mattresses before I made my decision on which one I wanted to purchase. Also I was able to have my new mattress delivered in a few days time.
