The customer service was amazing.. the man who attended me was really helpful and I felt quite satisfied leaving the store

We were greeted by Julie at the store who asked us what we were looking for. She showed us the particular mattresses and explained the differences. Julie also gave us time alone to test the two different mattresses out which was great. She was very polite and friendly and offered us a drink. The order was processed really quickly and Julie explained everything.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I was served quickly and with no pressure to buy

The team at Dreams were involved in a stock take which was obviously important. It didn’t, however, detract from their desire to help and meet my needs. This was particularly difficult as I had a very short period of availability for delivery. They managed to find a good choice at an acceptable price in stock and ready for early delivery

I was allowed to browse without being hindered, when i needed assistance it was prompt with the knowledge that I needed to know. All in all good service

I was extremely happy with my full experience of shopping at dreams, excellent customer service and care all throughout purchasing to delivery! Julie couldn’t have done more for us, we kept swapping and changing beds that we wanted to test out as we had a very specific idea in our heads, everyone was happy to help us and were very warm and welcoming

We were greeted by Julie from penarth road dreams she was very bubbly and great with are kids she gave us lots of information and was really helpful the service was great and made it easy for us to choose the perfect bed and mattress. I would highly recommend dreams and to see Julie from penarth road :-)
