The Cardiff store staff were very friendly & helpful & not “pushy”. We were served by Big Michael who listened to our needs & showed us various options & who obviously knew his products.

Julie in the Penarth road branch was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, providing advice, no pressure to purchase and answered all of our questions. I would happily use the store again and hopefully deal with Julie again.

Well I arrived at the store I was able to look at all the stock there and there was some lovely stuff but before I arrived I looked online and knew what I was looking for unfortunately the store did not have the bed in the store to view but I was in love I asked Michael all the relevant information I needed and he was such a great help I could not fault him so of course no thought aboyt it what the neck il order what I want with Michael in store his colleague who worked next to him was really helpful too but didn't catch his name they both matched my needs gave me discount off which is always a bonus so now in a few weeks time I will receive my new bed and mattress and looking forward to it. I honestly can't thank Michael and his colleagues enough it's been the best relaxed store I've ever been in I highly recommend this company.

From the moment we walked into the store on penarth road we were greeted with a good morning, gave us a little time to look around and then a big man mike his name was came across and helped us with what we needed to know sat down asked if we would like a tea/coffee as we went over paper work very pleasant experience thanks
