As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by a friendly smile and were offered assistance. The staff member had excellent knowledge of the products and provided useful information tailored to our needs. Ordering our products was very quick and easy and I would not hesitate to visit this store in the future.

Both staff we met were super friendly and understood our requirements and budget. We were allowed to browse without interruption and there was no pressure put on us to make a purchase. A lot of retails outlets could learn from Dreams as to how to treat customers

I had visited the Penarth Road store a couple of weeks previously with my 2 children aged 4 and 1 years old. The store was busy but we were greeted by Julie straight away and went through my options with the requirements I gave. I was given a comprehensive overview of each of my options and my children were both made to feel welcome and had a fun visit testing out beds for their parents. (The tv beds with the top of the range tempur mattress was the preferred choice) This kept them calm and allowed me to look at the potential options in the showroom. I returned a week later with my wife. Again the store was very busy but once again was greeted by Julie who recognised me and remembered what I was looking for. She then went through all available options with my wife. Julie was very helpful and knowledgable but not at all pushy in terms of selling. This allowed to choose the right bed/mattress and we left happy and confident that we had made the correct choice. We will definitely be returning to this store for any future purchases.
