we were not past in to baying there was time to look and think ,was offed a drink as it was a hot day

We were warmly welcomed into the busy store and offered assistance, a seat, and a drink and engaged in cheerful conversation with the in-store staff. Our order was placed quickly and efficiently and the process and forms explained to us. We had a choice of delivery date which is essential for us as we work irregular hours. Overall an easy and pleasant visit to Dreams. Thank you

On entry we where meat by Andy who explained the how the mattress firmness was set according to colors on the beds, he offered us all drinks. Andy was happy and engaging with both my self, my wife and the children which is always a pleasure to see.

We were left on own to choose and given clear information when asked salesman was friendly and knowledgeable

Julie was extremely helpful and listened to our needs and showed us all suitable beds. She looked after our 4 year old too and offered us all cold drinks as it was an extremely hot day. She was very knowledgeable and was great throughout the transaction
