Staff were really friendly and explained everything really well. Very professional but didn't get to pushy with the selling.

Julie who helped us, spent a lot of time explaining the product and showing us how to use it, there was no pressure to buy, she let us look around and then we left and returned when we were satisfied the product would fit in the room we wanted it for. She was very helpful and patient, when we decided to purchase the product she helped with a suitable date for delivery and everything was explained properly. We left the shop extremely satisfied and excited for our settee to finish our room off perfectly

From start to finish julie was very accommodating to me and my family, understood what we were searching for and was very helpfull and patient.

Of course we have not received the ordered mattress yet. However in store Michael looked after us, he was knowledgable, patient, not pushy and he made a few good suggestions.

Well we were seen to very quickly, the manager was polite An very friendly and he knew what he was talking about I walked out a very happy person in my purchase.

It was so easy. The lady Seemed highly knowledgable She was not pushy at all and left me after. Giving me all the help I needed, so I could make up my own mind. Most stores try to talk you into there products which don’t make you feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend your store . It was the easiest purchase I have made in a long time. The manager mark looked after us asked if we woul like a drink. Explained about the different colours on the the mattress said to try them to find which one we were comfortable with. Then left us to it. We picked the mattress We were happy with. he explained what we had. Very happy in his work. In fact all the staff were lovely. We have bought from there before. Will be back for sure

The member of your sales team was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, but at no time did he come across as being pushy and desperate for a sale, as some assistants so often are. It was a pleasant shopping experience actually!!

This is the seccond bed i have purchased from the dreams store on penarth road cardiff and i couldnt have had better service from the staff there! They are always there to greet you on the way in and are really friendly!! Its nice to go to a store where they advise you on what i want and need rather than just trying to sell me any old product. So it would be great if this message could be passed on to all the staff at the penarth road, cardiff branch. For this reason i would highly reccomend to all my family and friends to shop at this store!! Many thanks. Chris
